    Alex is a performance-driven physical therapist and certified NeuFit Practitioner who helps athletes move pain-free, recover faster, and return to sport stronger than ever. He combines advanced manual therapy, individualized strength programming, and nervous system-based treatments using the NEUBIE device to deliver targeted, high-impact care. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of La-Crosse and a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

    With experience treating athletes from youth to the NFL, Alex understands what it takes to perform at a high level—and stay there. Whether you’re managing pain, rebuilding after injury, or simply looking to move and train smarter, he brings a coaching mindset and clinical precision to every session. Alex is dedicated to delivering elite care and support for athletes through a comprehensive model built on three core pillars: Performance, Wellness, and Recovery.

    Owen is a Physical Therapist with a strong focus on orthopedic conditions and return-to-sport rehabilitation for athletes of all ages and skill levels. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

    With advanced certifications in Functional Dry Needling (FDN) and NeuFit’s NEUBIE electrical stimulation technology, Owen takes a personalized and evidence-based approach to care. He integrates these modalities into tailored treatment plans that optimize recovery, enhance performance, and prevent re-injury.

    Passionate about helping patients achieve their goals, Owen combines clinical expertise with a collaborative, patient-centered mindset to help people move better, recover faster, and get back to doing what they love.
